An accomplished bagpiper with over 50 years of experience in piping, specializing in performance, instruction, and traditional Irish, Breton and Scottish repertoire on the Piob Mhor (the Great Pipes, often mistranslated as War Pipes, but the same instrument as the Great Highland Pipes played notably in Scotland). Committed to sharing a rich cultural heritage through music and mentoring aspiring pipers.
Former Pipe Major of the Fianna Phádraig Pipe Band established in 1948 in Manchester UK by Irish immigrants and still thriving today. Now Pipe Major of the Fianna Phádraig Franco-Irish Pipe Band, in Ambleny, Picardy, France (www.fppb.eu).
